1. Improve the smoothness of movement

When traditional linear slides without synchronous couplings start running, the rolling elements will cause chain back and forth collisions due to pushing, resulting in significant fluctuations in frictional resistance. The QR series linear guide rail using SynchMotionTM technology has a roller synchronous coupling, which effectively prevents the rollers from entering the load zone and swinging. All rollers are evenly spaced for cyclic motion, and there is no back and forth collision between the rollers. While maintaining a certain degree of motion inertia, the fluctuation amplitude of frictional resistance can be effectively reduced.

2. Low noise design

By using roller synchronous couplings, the rollers can be evenly and equally spaced, eliminating the metallic sound of collision between adjacent rollers and effectively reducing the intensity of sharp high-frequency sounds. The total sound intensity is reduced by about 3 decibels in various speed ranges compared to the old series.

3. Four directional high load bearing capacity
